Biography:
Sister Catherine's goal was to become a teacher and continue the commitment she saw in many of her former teachers. For many years she dedicated herself to teaching and administration in schools in Minnesota and South Dakota. She moved into a parish ministry in the late 1970s. She continued this ministry until 1997. After spending four years in hospital ministry as director of mission services, director of chaplaincy and a member of the administrative team, Sister Catherine was elected to the Presentation Sisters Leadership Council. She served on the Council from 2002-2006. Currently, she lives in Aberdeen, SD and is working as a health minister for the Presentation Sisters.
