The reason I love this camp is that I can act like myself and make friends without lying or trying to be someone I’m not. Last year I made tons of friends with the same morals and values like me. I have changed the way I treat my friends and family. I am nicer to other people too. I go to church, pray more, and talk to God with words and my heart. I love this camp. In the spirit of our foundress, Nano Nagle, our devotion to the Sacred Heart remains alive in the heart of the Sisters and at the center of our mission and ministry. It emphasizes Jesus’ compassion and unending love for all humanity. It is a model for us to follow.
Enclosed is a brochure highlighting some of our continued work with young women. We believe our presence with these young women will provide them the tools to grow their self-esteem and leadership skills.
